Privacy policy.
We ask for data so we can help you, not to sell it. Here’s what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

01Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Jonathan Pozo, an individual operating as Acolita Consultants in Ecuador. You can write to jhonathanpozo@gmail.com or message +593 99 766 0908 on WhatsApp.
02What we collect
- Free diagnosis: your name, role, email, WhatsApp, country and city; company details (name, industry, size, years, locations, revenue range); your questionnaire answers, the problems you describe, the tools you use and your contact and budget preferences.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email: whatever you send through that channel.
- Technical data: a hashed version of your IP address, only to prevent abuse. We don’t store the raw IP.
- Analytics, only if you accept it: site usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate country). See the cookie policy.
03Why we use it
- To prepare and send your diagnosis, and to prepare our first conversation with you.
- To reply to your messages and schedule meetings.
- To prioritise follow-up: we calculate internal scores from your answers to know where to start. This never excludes you from anything or has legal effects; a person always reviews it.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
- To improve the site, only if you accept analytics.
04Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (the diagnosis checkbox or sending the form), to take pre-contractual steps you ask for (preparing a proposal) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. You can withdraw consent at any time.
05Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. It’s only used by providers that help us operate, under their own security terms:
- Supabase (database and server functions) — United States.
- Resend (email delivery) — United States.
- Cal.com (meeting scheduling, if you book) — United States / European Union.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics) and Google Fonts (site typefaces) — United States.
- The website hosting provider.
06International transfers
Some of these providers store data outside Ecuador, mainly in the United States. We chose them because they offer appropriate security safeguards.
07How long we keep it
We keep diagnosis and contact data while there’s an active conversation and for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that we delete or anonymise it. If you become a client, we keep what the relationship and the law require.
08Your rights
You can request access, correction and updating, deletion, objection, portability and suspension of processing. Write to jhonathanpozo@gmail.com from the email you used and we’ll reply within the deadlines set by Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law (LOPDP). If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
09Data in your browser
So you don’t lose your progress, the diagnosis saves a draft and your last result in your browser’s local storage. You can delete them with the “Delete my answers” button at the end of the report or from your browser settings.
10Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), the database isn’t reachable from the public site and only the Acolita team can see the records.
11Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date on this page. If the change is significant, we’ll make it visible.
